It sure beats sleeping on the ground, It will take some muscle to get the end rail in its place. Its as tight as it can be Takes some doing, But once its in place, Its not going anyway , till You take it down.

until you do it a few times no cot is really easy to fold but I wont hold it against it as they are all the same. This cot is extremely sturdy out of the box, dont know what several uses will do to it. It is very tight and with a foam pad it is an excellent way to sleep whether camping or a spare bed in a small apartment for a guest.I go about 235 and would choose to use this as a bed anytime.

I love Coleman products. This cot is extremely hard to put together. I watched videos of men doing it but I am an older woman and could not get the last bar in the designated notch. It was very frustrating. It is not the kind of cot that you can easily assemble and disassemble. It is also very heavy. I bought it for a guest bed alternative so the heaviness is not a problem. It seems comfortable enough. I put a 3 inch memory foam pad on top. Great product, just wish assembly could have been a little easier.
