Applying large grommets has just become easier! The specially designed CSBUR-1 offers a wide range of grommet size compatibility including size #12 (1.5" / 40mm inside dimension) grommets. Designed with an extra long lever and force transfer mechanism, this press generates high mechanical impact making it capable of installing large grommets. It is a reliable, heavy duty machine that doesn't rely on pneumatic or electrical power.

- 1 1/2" (#12) Grommet compatible! Ability to apply large #12 grommets and washers.

#12, #8.5, #7.5 #5.5, #5, #4, #3 and smaller sizes
Note: Setting dies in the correct size(s) to match your grommets are needed to use the press. Self-piercing dies, 2-step dies, hole cutting dies and grommet attaching dies are available for metal grommets. Grommets size #XX00 - #5.5 are self-piercing. Curtain eyelets #7.5, #8.5 and #12 grommets are not self piercing. Hole cutting dies and two-step cutting setting dies are available.

Note: CSBUR-1 is a HAND PRESS. Grommets are set by the hand pressure applied by the operator. The operator controls the pressure applied. The consistency of the grommet application is dependent on the pressure applied by the operator.
