I've used these molds with three recipes for dark and milk chocolates, with predominantly cacao butter to predominantly coconut oil. The most important thing I've learned is to make sure that the chocolate liquid has not thickened too much. To accomplish this, leave the container of chocolate liquid over a pot of warm water (about 90-95° F.). To reduce spillage, I use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon to move the chocolate liquid from the bowl to the individual molds. Most of the mold shapes need a little more than 1 teaspoon of chocolate liquid. The result (after 2 hours in the refrigerator) is a visually tempting bunch of chocolates.

There is a nice assortment of shapes in this collection, and the size the shapes is comparable to what other chocolate chocolate molds are!
