Cheap way to fulfill a work need. I cut off the white fasteners so it could go over many shapes and sizes. Suitable for kids or recreational use or in a PE class

This referee pinnie comes exactly as described and is what we needed for our flag football league. Perfext for different size people, large and small, and allows the ref to be seen clearly by all players.
