The kids and I are enjoying this and experiencing much laughter! My husband claims that the jump ropes are 34;clothes line34; material but it works well nonetheless. I like the adjustable hand loops but it has one design issue--there's a staple in it! Even though the staple is flat and it's pushed in far enough, anyone who works with kids knows that's never a good thing to have but I am going to put electrical tape over it to avoid it getting stuck in anyone's fingers and I think it will be good enough. I was surprised to discover that it came with 2 full sets of ropes (two 2-packs), since I thought I was getting just two ropes (it actually was marked right but I didn't realize it). The color is actually hot pink and not light pink as pictured.

My youth group was having a youth day and we needed jump ropes and these were great. The girls and boys had fun. No problems with material.

My friends and I do double dutch at school EVERYDAY and we are getting 2 b pretty AMAZING!!! We made a double dutch club called the JumpingJELLYbeanz and the only negative is that if we try 2 jump in it hurts so we cant jump in we just jump in it. I am the jumper in the group and I bought them my friends complain that they hurt their hands but being the jumper I think they r good but not great and I ordered the 30 feet and when i unfolded it at school my friends mouths opened as wide as they could because they r SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long so get the 16 feet not the 30. I only recommend it 2 jumpers of the group.

FYI - the 64 in ropes are great if you have a large area - like the school gym, or cafeteria. I take the kids during PE time and assign 4 kids to an end of a rope. All 4 kids go to opposite ends of the gym so that the ropes cross each other like a plus sign. Then they all have to turn their end of the rope together so that you have 4 very large squares for students to jump into. So, you can fit about 4 kids per rope side (meaning 16 kids can jump at one time). It is a lot of kids, and you will have a lot of misses, but it is still fun. With a smaller group, or if you want to take turns, let one child jump on each side of the square. They can do tricks and even jump rope inside the jumprope. It it a lot of fun for the kids, and something different to try. Good luck!

Daughters love this for double Dutch. It's really easy on the body if it slaps against you. Great price too.

These are durable, but get stiff in winter. The scholars in my school still love playing with them during recess

We grew up jumping rope and its something that I am determined to pass down to the next generation. This rope does the trick. Its good quality and doesn't hurt if it hits you when jumping in.

Jump rope is a big deal at my kids' school, but nobody has double dutch ropes. They tie ropes together sometimes. I misread the description and bought 2 sets of 16' ropes. I thought it was just one rope. Now we have four! My fault. The kids love them. 16' is great for double dutch. I have absolutely no idea why anybody would want a 64' jump rope by the way.

We just went out as a family to play with them. They are very good, high quality ropes. They don't hurt when you get hit with them, and I like the adjustable handles as well. I have looked at other sites, and this is a great price for 2 ropes of this size.
