This bar is actually quite nice I was expecting a haggard beater bar but its assembly materials and detailing are impressive for the price If you are into functionalCrossFit style barbell work deads front squats snatchcleans overhead press) and have limited space this bar is perfect The sleeves provide enough room to get in some heavy work but dont expect to put up huge numbers I am 62 and though my grip is maxed out to the sleeves I can still pull a snatch which was a nice surprise with such a short barbell in only weighs approx 25lbs BUT if you grab a pair off thin 10lb plates you can compensate for the difference of a full sized bar without losing much sleeve space All in all if you are tight on space and cash this is a great little bar that still allows you to put in some killer work

I use this for deadlift and it works well I didnt need a full bar since it will always stay on the floor My main drawback is that the handle is thinner than a standard bar which makes it harder to grip I compensate with wrist straps but it might be the perfect size for someone elseThe bar arrived fine without being bent or dented

The Plantar fasciitis silicon did not meet my expectations They were to small and was poorly described and not doable or constructed for wearing
