Celestion's G10 Creamback has all the characteristics that guitarists love about the classic 12" Creamback in a compact 10" driver. With all the tone and dynamics you have come to expect from its larger cousin, the 8 ohm G10 Creamback is perfect for use in everything from small single 10" cabinets to high output 4 x 10" designs.

The G10 Creamback from Celestion packs everything guitar players have come to cherish about Creamback speakers into a smaller 10" format. Hand-built in the UK using the same production methods and materials developed for the 12" models, the G10 Creamback uses a ceramic magnet and a 1-3/4" voice coil to deliver 45 watt power handling. The paper cone and treated surround controls resonances to give you a smooth response when you want it, while still handling aggressive distortion with ease. Bringing all the punch and dynamics typical of a 10" driver, its overall tone is warm, expressive, detailed and well-balanced. This 8 ohm version of the G10 Creamback is perfect for use in single driver systems and powerful 4 x 10" cabinets when teamed up with 8 ohm amps, or 2 x 10" designs when used with 4 ohm heads

Replaced the blue marvel speaker in a Peavey Classic 20 combo amp, which holds a single 10. The creamback is vastly superior in every way. The blue marvel is broken in and isn't terrible, but it just can't compete with a quality speaker like the creamback.The creamback is sweet, detailed, balanced, with no treble spikes or harshness (at not any added by the speaker) with or without distortion.
