My last 3 pairs over the last decade have been Cat Salvo boots. Comfortable,good wear souls and lace up nice. Only thing i wish they'd improve on is the laces. They break within a couple months. Tip, use 550 paracord for laces and they last forever!

After a couple weeks wearing the boots, one of the shoestring eyelets seemed to be bent closed. I tried to pry it back open and it broke. I dealt with it. Now, just 6 months of wearing, the sides of both boots have split open. Boots that cost as much as these did should NOT be failing this fast. The most stress I put on my boots as an Outside Plant Inspector is walking. I will never buy this brand of boots again. Now, I have to buy a new pair of boots.
