The shoe comes with a minimal padding. Had to buy an insert for it then all was good.

I wear a size 9. I ordered a size 9W, which fit perfectly. These boot are slightly looser than the regular fit, but I like a bit looser fit for thicker cotton socks. The boots arrived in excellent condition and ahead of the scheduled delivery. I would definitely buy from this company again.
