My son really liked this frame. It is beautifully made. The only issue was that he felt it was a bit to large for his apartment so we returned it and bought a smaller frame. I was very disappointed in the return policy of the company. They deducted 25% for a restocking fee and then then made me pay the return shipping including tracking. It ended up being 29.00 to ship it back to them. That was very frustrating.

EEXTREMELY impressed! The frame was made with REAL wood and high end quality.
We were very much impressed with the clean cut double matting. The company called us right away to get the exact diploma size. The quality didnt stop with the diploma frame, even the double protective packing was professionally installed. Great buy! No regrets! ????

I appreciate how they scaled it to custom fit my smaller 6" × 9" 1980 AU diploma. It is well made and looks great in my office. I also give them high marks for customer service.
