Great little plugs. It is exactly what came in the red box when I purchased the original tire plug kit.

Works fantastic!! I have a 1/4 inch dia screw in my winter tire. I originally purchase a repair kit from Home Depot, used the tools and used the inserts. 3 times I have to remove the inserts as they leaked! Then I bought a Walmart kit with inserts and they failed twice. Both kits were about 9 dollars, I purchased these inserts, did nothing different to prep the hole in tire and on the very first insert it work perfectly! It's been 2 weeks and no air loss! Love this product, I should have not chosen the cheaper option and just bought these as the reviews were great.

I've been using Safety Seal plugs since Hurricane Andrew destroyed my house in Homestead Fla. Roofing nails were everywhere. I had plugs in every tire and one tire had 4or or 5 plugs in it. They all lasted the life of the tires until the tires were worn out and had to be replaced.

If you're going to plug a tire you better use these plugs ! back in the day the tool truck guy drove around with numerous plugs in his FRONT tire in the sidewall !! IN the old days the kit included a picture of a car tire with 100 plugs in a tire too !! I keep a kit in the car just in case .....this screw was making a ticking noise as was driving .....at first I thought it was a rock in the tread but sadly no. Didn't even take take the wheel off just moved it to get a good bite and plugged away. These are refills so you need a kit to properly plug your tire.
