Cap fit great but the strap is just a string and not as pictured. But for the price, it's a nice cap and fits well.

I used the new lens cap with the string attachment about five times and then the string broke. If the company is going to provide this string attachment as part of the replacement lens then I feel that the attachment string should be more durable.

For two of my cameras (the ultra-zoom bridge cameras), I have the lens cap attached to the neck strap. I also have a DSLR whose long lens's cap I was always losing. That one I have the lens cap attached to the barrel of the lens. They are easy to thread, too. No microscopic holes! I like that they give you a little tool to help thread them, but I didn't find it necessary to use it.
