These 2 inch spring clips work well, they are a little hard to squeeze at first but getting used to them makes it easier to use.

I like this set of clamps. Goes on and off easily with the handles. It's just an insurance policy to make sure your weights don't slide off and they work as advertised.

They do the job, but mine are different - one is easy to put on the bar, and doesn't even grip the plate holder; the other grips the plate holder and is pretty difficult to put on the same bar, it's clearly more narrow.I wonder if the problems people are having where they are hard to use is because they get two of the tighter ones :)

I had allowed some kid's into my weight room to play video games and someone decided to take a clamp from each barbell I have. One is Olympic size the other is just a regular size, so it wasn't like I could just swap them around. These clamps are perfect and strong. They do the job they are supposed to!

This product fit my 2” barbell perfectly. However, if you have issues with grip strength this product is not for you, as without enough force, the clamps won't budge. However, if that is no issue, they clamps are perfect for you and support my barbell and curl bar perfectly!
