All around good seasoning, not TOO salty. I made skin on boneless chicken, leftovers made into chicken salad....also made egg salad with 18 eggs and probably 2-3 tablespoons of this with celery,onion, mayo and dijon...was very impressed with flavors

As Texans, we like our seasonings! This surprised us and we now use it on beef, pork, chicken and fish. We are carnivores so I do not know what it would be like on the pretend proteins or fake meat, lol. Highly recommend if you are looking for something that has great flavor!!

Used the original and spicy mixed on my cornish hen and it was really good! I love that I can put alot and not have to worry about salt. That's the kicker for me. But with that being said, you should add salt to it. It's perfectly seasoned but missing that saltiness that I love. But other than that, highly recommend! YUM YUM GETCHA SUM!
