Very lightweight. Hurts a bit because it tends to bunch up unlike a firmer strap.<br /><br />Also the D-loop buckle is a pain to use. It takes two hands to operate. Get one with the plastic slip buckle.<br /><br />I'd give it two stars but at least it is cheap.
