So everyone says this barn is big but I didn't know just HOW big it was until I pulled it out of the box. It looks easy enough to assemble (which I haven't done yet) my plan is to turn it into a working barn of my dreams. Right now it's in pieces being painted. But that said everything that was supposed to be in the box was and nothing was broken (not that I would have cared because several things are out of scale and im tearing them off anyway). So far I like it. Let's see if that changes as my project continues.

I bought this for our daughter's birthday. It arrived in 3 boxes so I assumed it would be in tact. One of the finials was broken despite having plenty of foam packaging in the product box. But the biggest disappointment was that the pilot holes didn't line up on any of the pieces and the instructions are not easy to decipher. Dashed lines were used to designate assembly and many of the different patterns didn't appear that different. Once we realized the pilot holes were off the dashed lines made sense. I think it would be very sturdy if we could put it together. It's heavy and uses screws, but try to figure out how it goes together. Bottom line, the kit could be way better for the price. We may still try purchasing again as my daughter was in love after seeing it up close.

A lot of the pre drilled holes did not line up. There were gaps between some pieces. Wood is very cheap. This was probably the most disappointing gift I've ever bought my daughter. Not in any way worth the money.
