5x fits like 3x I bought larger than I needed because I wanted extra room. 2 of these shirts went in the dryer 2 of them were line dried. it made no difference. I can wear them but they are not what I wanted.

I'm 5'7" 155lb athletic/weightlifter, I have a hard time finding shirts that fit right. I ordered a small and a medium to try out.<br /><br />The small size:<br />This shirt is the perfect length in the torso (usually the hardest to find for me), most t-shirts are too short at the bottom. The sleeve length is also just right. The chest area is too small/tight though. The size small is almost perfect but I can't wear it since the chest is too tight.<br /><br />The medium size:<br /> I ordered a medium and the torso and chest are the right length but the sleeves are way to long, they rest at the elbow and make the shirt look 'frumpy.'
