My husband takes these daily, since he started he can really tell the difference in his energy level and just overall health. We love the ingredients in Garden of Life!

I was struggling with hair loss for years I started this multivitamin as supplement as my Bodybuilding routine. Surprise: my hair fall almost stopped hair feels much more soft. Using this product from last 5 years now.FYI: Tablets are big to swallow but benefits are huge.

Although the tablets are large, the coating helps. Always take with food as otherwiseay upset stomach. Long term use will show whether or not a difference is made in energy, overall health and how I'm feeling. What's most important to me is their 3rd party checks verifying the quality and included amount of vitamins/minerals needed daily. Great company to buy supplements from!

I've been using this vitamin for years and I literally can't function well without it. I have hashimotos. I did notice with this last bottle the pills are a dark color when they are normally a light brown. So far I don't seem to notice a difference although time will tell. Still, I'd highly recommend it. I've tried other multivitamins and none make me feel as good as this one does.

I buy them cause they are vegetarian and organic but they are over priced.

Plant based vitamin just what I needed. Pill size could be smaller.

I love this product and brand. One of the very few companies that provide premium quality vitamins. No need to look elsewhere. This is my go to brand.

I noticed a big color change with my latest order. As you can see in the photo, left (my previous bottle), right (new order). I'm a big fan and user of this brand but the difference in color is pretty concerning since it usually means that there's been some change made to the supply/formula. Anyone else experience this?

Don't feel they offer enough prostate support nor longevity support. There are better vitamins for men 50 that offer that and even digestive support. I won't but again don't notice any difference taking these and waited a few weeks before review to be sure.

This was my last shot at trying a all in one once a day. They delivered.I notice a week in that I was doing just find without all my pills added together.Just 2 Tablets a day. Prefect. Well continue buying.

I have several complicated gastrointestinal problems and need to stay on top of the nutrition and vitamins I make available for digestion. Recently my Dr has recommended a multivitamin. I can not tell you how disappointed I was to see what goes into normal multivitamins. To be honest I can't believe it's legal what some of these companies put into there products! Anyone who does some research on the actual chemicals in a multivitamin will relize that many of them are sources from chemical waist and manufacturing biproducts or are just sorced from unknown or highly suspect sources where regulation is non-existent. I don't know about you but I am taking a multivitamin to improve my health not make me sicker.These pills actually are sourced from REAL FOOD and certified organic in the United States.Now after all the good I will bring up the only concern I can find and that's that they are no longer produced by a small company that cares, they are owned and produced by Nestle now, which is less than reassuring. But as of yet I do not see a reason to look elsewhere and haven't found anything close to this product. So fingers crossed that Nestle keeps making a good product.

another over priced vitamin that doesn't seem to be effective

I'm a big believer in the placebo effect. I'm a big believer in the cyclical nature of most of life's discomforts. For me, I won't say that this tablet has changed my life or has had any noticeable effects whatsoever in the last year of using it, which I consider to be a great thing. Simply from reading the ingredient list and seeing this brand around, I feel confident that this is one of the most high quality daily vitamins you can find. I love knowing that it is made with real food, which science tells us is absorbed better than random chemicals. I love that it is vegan. I feel good knowing that I'm giving my body the best chance it has to get a few extra vitamins here and there as needed. I have no qualms with its size, but those sensitive to swallowing pills may find it on the larger size.

I am not bothered with this product and in fact I think it is a great product but sadly it is being branded with terrible reputation. From what I heard Nestle company own this brand which disappointedly me great because I often use GOL(Garden of Life) for vitamins. Not anymore and I am looking for something trustworthy.

For the ORGANIC whole food ingredients, you probably cant beat the price anywhere. It doesn't have any unnecessary additives or fillers like some other products so this is why I use this product daily and will continue to do so unless they change their formula.

I took these vitamins for over 6 months and never felt more energy or anything. I finally found one that helps but not these.

I am not aware of any other multivitamins that are USDA organic, made 100 from REAL FOOD. I really feel the power of 100 real food vitamins. I was quite tired every day, as I have a 4 year old and work in IT from home. After about a week, I abruptly noticed that I had quite a lot of energy and was not getting run down at the end of the day. At the risk of sounding unbelievable, I'm going to go ahead and say the affects are not subtle. I am starting to tell everyone close to me about these now. I truly wish I would have known about these much sooner.
