I received the multivitamin today with a melted seal and an a opened cap.Not sure how this is possible but it looks awful and it smells like burned plastic. To be fair, this is my 2nd order - the 1st one arrived without any issue.

It tastes good, but after eating it, it will cause some allergic syndrome of skin disturbance. I don't know whether others will be the same, or it may just not suit my constitution.

Update: customer service responded in one business day. Said should be okay to use if shrink wrap was in place. I'll be using it then. I'll send them lot number.Previously: I waited until my previous bottle ran out to open this new one. Found that the cap isn't the same. The bottle is slightly larger. But most importantly is the seal was already broken. Since it is sealed for my protection I am demanding refund.

I love using this product but I have received this item and the seal has been open a couple times. I wish there was a way to message the seller and either send them back for vitamins that are sealed or at least to get a refund. Disappointed.
