Better Than Bouillon Bases are concentrated paste food bases that are made primarily made from meat or vegetables. This gives them a richer and more natural flavor than ordinary bouillon cubes or granules. Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base is a rich base that's made by combining real sautéed onions, celery and carrots. This is the perfect starting point to create vegetable broth, minestrone soup or add it to rice to enhance the flavor.

Better than Bouillon is the best. It's far superior to other bouillons or broths on the market. The only bouillion I use. Their whole line of bouillons are fabulous! Highly recommend.

I use this in lots of recipes as broth or added flavor. The lower sodium helps me keep my family on the reduced sodium diet we all need. It does still have a lot of salt though so measure carefully!

This is the best tasting vegetable broth we have found. You can make it as weak or as strong as you like. The jar lasts quite a while and so you can make as little or as much as you need.
