I tend to stay with what works. Although the Belleville's 500 & 700 series are heavier than the newer lightweight boots, if you want your feet "armored up", they can't be beat. Despite the weight, I have never had a problem wearing them all day, every day.
I've gone through multiple pairs of 790/795. One particularly nice feature is that when they are re-soled, I have NEVER noticed any dimension changes, which of course would be critical to comfort.
