Light weight 5 gallon container. Portable and waterproof. I used this for an outdoor sink as an outlet for the water to drain into after running it from the sink. It did its job and was sturdy once filled with a bit of water. It didnt have it leave a smell and it can be put away in storage with ease.

So I bought 2 of these jugs and I have to say I like them way more then I thought I would these jugs are not very thick which I like because it makes them lighter and they have a convenient place to screw a air hole on the handle. I use these for mixing salt water for my aquarium and as a RO/DI ATO tank. Unlike some of the reviews my jugs did not leak with the cap on.

Been using Hedpacks for years. They were pretty common in photo chemicals back in the day. I have been using one for automotive oil waste for 3 years. No sign of degradation. I use another for non-potable water while camping.Tips: the inner threads on the cap are 3/4 NPT. Don't try to cut out holes in the lid and vent. Drill them out. If leaking is a concern, you need to use a wrench and got tight. There is one specially designed for these.

This is a much better jug than expected. Sturdy and tough enough for the outdoors.

I want to live this product, it's the size I wanted to transport water for my horse, but no matter how tight the lid is if it tips over it leaks. I just keep it wedged up so it's not a problem but still frustrating

I use this to add water to my 55 gallon aquarium. It makes adding water to the tank super easy, and it isn't bad to carry. I also use it when a water cleaning/change is needed on the same tank and it makes it super easy for that as well. I bought another one for wear and tear, but it just sits there because the first one is still incredibly study and working very well.

The title is a bit misleading. I found 0 flaws with this product. It's not perfect because this isn't the best tool for the job. But it's all about cost to value. Realistically I'd need plumbing for what would be perfect. But Almost perfect for under $20 is far more realistic. The 5 gallons can be a bit heavy when all the way full but that's it. Besides that this is just the cheapest, most basic, large water container I could find. I'd spend at least 50 to get something similar. Why it's 5 stars. As long as it's under $20 (though maybe not in 5 years, inflation and all) it's worth 5 stars.

I use this under my folding fish cleaning table I purchased as a hand washing station for seafood boils. Instead of allowing dirty water from running on the ground, it is captured in this container either to throw out or water plants.

I use these to store old automotive fluids prior to disposal at my mechanic. I have one for oil and one for coolant and they've performed flawlessly.

I have to order another one because the handle cracked from the weight of the water as I was carrying it. It been about 14 months and I use this to take to my trailer (I live in a camper in the backyard of my mom with no running water) and use it to water my dogs. I mean considering it's been outside and weathered during the summer last year and this year, it fairly good quality. I am buying a replacement and the price is a dollar cheaper than last year.
