Azure Market Organics Privite Reserve Coffee A balanced blend of Central American coffees, medium bodied, sweet and smooth.
We roast our coffees using a fluidized bed of hot air. The air levitates the beans, giving a clean and accurate portrayal of the coffees.
Coffee berries start as green berries in early stage of growth, they then turn yellow, red, and finally dark crimson when it is finally ripe and yields the best coffee. Did you know, according to the rule of 5: Arabica coffee plant takes about 5 years to mature and produce its first crop. Healthy coffee trees will produce about 5 pounds of green beans per year, but only about 1/5 of a pound meets the rigid sorting standards to be sold as "Specialty Coffee.

When making a delicious cup of coffee make sure the water is not distilled water as this type of water is lacking in minerals. Did you know that the minerals in your water can help the coffee taste better! Use 2 Tbsp to every 8 oz cup of water. If using a auto-drip coffee maker that has a burner make sure to turn off the burner after the coffee has brewed. This will help your amazing coffee to not end up burnt and losing the great flavor, body & aroma. Also a gold filter instead of paper filters will help to eliminate the paper taste.

Very high quality coffee that stores well between orders. \nNothing fancy, just organic coffee at a fair enough price. \nCoffee can be a source of chemicals and mold in your diet so quality organic coffee is a big deal if you’re are a multi cup a day drinker…. like yours truly.
