I love the flavor of this grain! Nutty and good texture! I can have this anytime of the day either sweet or savory it is good! Good quality and good price. This is a very versatile grain and also gluten free.

Love the oat groats. We make our oat milk out of these as well as oat flour for various baked. Always very clean, can't wait to get a flaked so we can also flake them and make rolled oats.

First time to use groats. Overnight porridge. (Basically, bring to boil, turn off, cover, leave all night, then briefly cook in the morning). It has a \"poppy\" (popping feeling when you bite into it) texture when cooked thus. The children love it.

I love oat groats and eat a lot of them. Used to order them through a local supplier, but I'm not confident the old supplier will remain reliable for the long term. I feel more confident with Azure.
