This jacket works as advertised. I use it when I'm refereeing soccer--exact same configuration as the one on Official Sports and a few bucks cheaper. It's clear enough so your ref jersey is visible beneath it. Keeps the rain and the wind out, and it's even warm because you're wrapped in PVC. Somewhat breathable through the back vents, but does tend to get some condensation on the inside if you're moving a lot. but I wouldn't wear it in a warm rain shower. The hood also catches water if you don't have it up, but that's not a problem if you just tuck it in or even remove it (it attaches with snaps). It's pretty sturdy, but you want to take care not to get around sharp objects as it will puncture and tear. I had my first one for four years before I accidentally ripped it; I'd say well worth the investment.

This clear raincoat is good. It fits well, allowing free movement. It is a good thickness, not flimsy. But it does not breathe well. Traps body heat.

It is a good raincoat for the rain, keep in mind that it is size for men, I am XL and I bought it L and I am well, my only complaint is that I should have more ventilation, I had to walk a lot and sweated a lot with it.
