So glad I found this. Yes I will be re-ordering. I use it to make a 'scramble.' I make it with peppers and onions and top it off with a veggie pesto. It's wonderful for breakfast ...or any time you want a quick easy nutritious dish. My 'recipe' - (well. I'm still developing this but) so far here's the plan: Half a cup of Pumpkin Seed Flour and half a cup or slightly less of Vegetable Broth (water will do), 1-TSP Italian Seasoning, 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder, some cracked Black Pepper, 1/2-TSP Tumeric Powder (for color). Mix all that together in a mixing bowl. It should be the thickness and consistency of a pancake batter... Then, Saut some diced Onion and some diced Peppers ( I prefer the colorful red yellow and orange Sweet Peppers) in some olive oil ( meanwhile in another small frying pan I also saute several minced Garlic Cloves for 2-3 minutes) - When the onions and peppers are almost ready I push them to the side of the pan and pour in the Pumpkin Seed Batter and let it heat up driving off a lot of the moisture - after several minutes I flip it like a pancake and brown the other side AND about then I begin mixing in the sauteed veggies garlic and stirring it all together like scrambled eggs... Keep stirring it all to mix it well and after a few more minutes I put it all in a big bowl and top it with some Roasted Vegetable Pesto ( you can buy this in some grocery stores - I prefer the Filippo Berio brand which is ALMOST as good as my own homemade veggie pesto ) I then stir it together and... YUM! Yes, I follow a VEGAN DIET - and I have been for fifty plus years. ONE NOTE: for those who want a more 'egg-like' flavor you can add a pinch of Himalayan BLACK Salt (aka KALA NAMAK) which is a salt with a high SULPHUR content - that will give your scramble a close approximation of an egg aroma and flavor. I don't typically use it because I find that flavor to be a bit overpowering... Some folks though like ). Enjoy. Good luck.

I make a pancake batter with quite a bit of this in it for a bit of pumpkin flavor. Not strongly flavored, but what one should expect from ground pumpkin seeds. And good, no salt, salt to taste. It is So good, I will sometimes eat some of the powder directly from the container.

I thought this would be more versatile than it turned out to be. I wouldn't buy it again because it doesn't work all that well in the foods I bake (like bread.) It's ok in cookies, but we don't eat that many cookies.
