The Figure 8 Elastic Ankle Support is slipped over the foot and up the ankle to provide a figure 8 style wrap. This can help to support the foot and ankle during activity and after injury. The support is made out of "Tri-Tension Elastic" which is resistant to rolling at the edges while offering dynamic support that moves with you.

Application Instructions:
Pull the Ankle Wrap Support Brace on with both hands. Slide toes and heel through openings.
Care Instructions:
The Ankle Wrap Support Brace can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Ankle Wrap Support Brace flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Ankle Wrap Support Brace.

I was looking at all different types of insoles and shoes for plantar faciitis. Very expensive. I saw some support wraps. I've not had very good look with wraps in the past with other injuries. However, this one works! All day relief. I'm on my feet all day at work...9 hours. My heel feels much much better after work than with out it.

I messed up my ankle somehow and the elastic bandage I tried didn't help much so I orderedthis one. I'll probably still need to go to a dr. but right now this brace is helping me getaround a lot better.
