My husband was not sleeping more than an hour at a time at night due to the excruciating pain from severe carpal tunnel. He tried this brace expecting to possibly get at least some relief. He was astonished at how well the brace worked. He was actually able to sleep without waking up in pain. He didn't think this brace could be such as life-saver until he opts for the surgery. If you are looking for pain relief at night, try this!! It really does help.

I had developed painful carpal tunnel and by using this brace and not doing any heavy lifting for 2 weeks I was able to heal the inflammation and still use my hands. It held my hand in a comfortable position that alleviated the strain and kept my hand in a stable position that I don't think could've been achieved without the brace. I had tried not using the hand without any support and it was not working. It was getting worse and more chronic to the point where I was losing grip strength and couldn't lift certain things without fear of dropping them or having a severe stabbing pain in my hand and wrist. I avoided surgical intervention or steroid injections which from what I hear only temporarily relieves the problem. I was on the verge of tears prior to using this brace because it just kept getting worse and I feared being permanently disabled and unable to function using my dominant hand. Definitely recommend for anyone suffering with the same issues this was a lifesaver.

I recently started using this brace after spending the last 14 years using the ACE one. In comparison, this one feels more secure in it's closures despite the sharp corners of the velcro as some have mentioned (easily trimmed). I would mention that it's one size is rather small, and that should be considered with the fact that when buying and using a sized brace I use a S/M and often find them a tad large (I'm a large person but have small to average wrists and hands). It has no issues closing and staying closed and secure despite running a bit small. Now, someone who wears a larger sized brace might find that it will be too tight though.The only other complaint I have, is the smell. It has from day one to now (about a week into use now), it has a strong chemical smell of the neoprene material. So strong that my arm smells of it when I wake up after wearing it. Thankfully washing my arm it gets rid of it. I'm hesitant to wash the brace itself for numerous reasons, but it will be necessary eventually. My ACE brace I washed many times and it did last for 14 years, ultimately becoming unsupported due to stretching to make new fabric connections for the velcro to hold on.Overall, it's a decent brace and has a firm support for my wrist overnight. I'd buy again.

Bought just one and tried it while I slept. Couldn't believe the difference it made. Ordered another one and wear them every night.

Bought for my son who is a mechanic. He's wearing them at night. Both hands and has started to feel some relief. Says they are a little uncomfortable but it's just until you get used to having them on

Very comfortable

After a week, this still seems like an excellent product and value. It is easy to put on and very comfortable. It effectively limits wrist motion without limiting finger motion. I like that it will fit on either hand and that it is reasonably priced. I think it is winner.

It took away the numbing, stinging pain in my hand that was causing sleepless nights.

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel last year, and was barely sleeping at night due to the pain and numbness in my hands and fingers. My doctor recommended wearing wrist/hand braces at night as a non-invasive method. These braces are wonderful! From the first night I got them, I slept through the night without any pain or numbness. I never sleep without them. They are very comfy too due to the beanbag-like mesh that provides support along the palm of my hands. Only downfall is after several months, the beanbag mesh wears down and they should be replaced. But I don't mind as long as I can sleep comfortably and be happy again.

I discovered this after finding out I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome. My doctor told me to wear it when I slept. It is very comfy. It cushions your palm with an embedded bean bag and immobilized your wrist just enough without it feeling uncomfortable. I appreciate how you can use it for either hand. It seems durable and well made enough to last me years. Definitely recommend!

So I just found out I have carpel tunnel this brace is such a relief while I'm sleeping. I would wake up in tears before I started using this every night! This brace has helped me get through the pain for sure!

I got this because I started getting really bad carpal tunnel in my hands and it has helped a ton. It's pretty comfortable to wear, I usually wear it in my sleep and it doesn't bother me!

I use at night for bed time to help with my carpal tunnel. Can be used on either hand and has a nice little beaded cushion for your hand. Reduces pain and swelling from nighttime discomfort.

The way this brace is padded makes it remarkably comfortable. Fully adjustable and can be used RH or LH. I actually found I could have this brace a bit looser than other styles and it worked even better.

Very good support. Use it before going to bed at night. Relieved of carpal tunnel syndrome.
