I've used other products that were more expensive. I have very sensitive skin. This is the best makeup remover I've found. It's sometimes difficult to find, so I order it.

The product is satisfactory but the packaging needs improvement. 1. There is no way to reseal it or close it to prevent the wipes from drying out. 2. It is difficult to pull out just one wipe - they come out in clumps of 2 or 3 with no good way to replace the extras without wrinkling them. My other (facial) wipes have a resealable pull-off tab on the package, making it easy to pull out just the one needed at the time..

I've been using Neutrogena makeup remover towelettes, just to take off my face makeup, for 10 years now but I knew they were not exactly safe for the environment so I tried these. Game changer! These are not only delicate to the skin but it also removes water proof mascara easily. AND they are biodegradable. Highly recommend.

These definitely aren't the neutrogena ones, however, they are well worth the money and they work like a charmunless you have waterproof mascarathen I would advise to use an oil to remove that prior to using a wipe, then it'll easily melt off.
