If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.

I was hesitant about buying it and then hesitant about putting it together since I don't so well w directions and the reviews scared me. It was pretty easy to put together with one person. This is a great cage for my mouse she loves it

I bought this in the summer of 2021 for my gerbils. When we first got it, we assembled it as the stock photos. Everything was fine until a couple of months later they would scratch and chew the bottom of the cage. We tried more rolls, more toys, and it worked for a while but it all changed in June 2022. NOTHING WORKED.Well in December 2022 after months of disrupted sleep, I had the bright idea to look at how others assembled it and I flipped the door panel to where you open it at the top left. I took out one floor and piled the bottom with bedding. PEACE AT LAST! They are so happy building their tunnels! If they do scratch, we place toys, rolls in there. Once they chew and play they go back to their tunnels.

If I could give No stars.. I would this cage came with the plexiglass cracked and several pieces did not fit. Not to mention the bottom piece does not in any way fit . We actually had to go to Home Depot to add pieces to insure our hamster( Lynyrd) didn't escape. Do not buy would be my recommendation.

I use this cage for my pet hedge hog and she loves it! I had to take out the two upper floors though. They are super wobbly. And they just valence against the walls.

With a little tweaking this cage is perfect. I still have things to add but overall I’m happy. I will update if she starts chewing on the cage but so far so good. I highly recommend reading other reviews for suggestions like I did. I put the middle piece on “upside down” so the door was on top so the bedding wouldn’t fall out. I posted a picture of the gap on either side at the bottom once the floor is in. I had to buy some shims to fill in the gaps. I also had to buy longer screws for the floor, they were not long enough to stay in place. Other screws were fine. Assembly wasn’t hard overall though. I also bought some eye hook latches for the lid. As you can see from the photos I did not add the top “floor” so that her wheel would fit.

This cage is very useful, before I had this cage, my hamster Licorice, was in a bin cage. He would chew on it, and try to escape. So I wanted to get him a new cage. Although, do not only use the things it comes with. Your hamster will need a more crowded cage. Licorice loves this new cage, And I hope you look into this very helpful enclosure.
