Return could only be applied within 30 days after delivery.If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.

I haven't had ANY issues with this lock whatsoever, and I was a little worried I might with any lock like this. I use several different lock codes considering I have such a big family and everyone has their own code, and it's nice that this lock can use up to 50 different codes! The lock works really well, another plus because my door is a little off but it still locks all the way rather than just pulling back in and requiring a second try. It was also really simple to install! The instructions could be a little better but I was still able to get it figured out by myself and up and running.

Please guys have been more than amazing with her customer service for sincerity their warranty so you're stuck by everything they said in the description just an amazing company to work for him very sincere and dear to your feelings and needs they have been great I recommend if you're looking for anything they have buy it from them look nowhere else if it's a dollar more is a dollar cheaper Either way it is worth buying from them service that you receive the product

Had I have known how handy keyless entry and two button automatic lock was I would have changed over long ago. So handy and safe, my wife would say, lock me out as she left and I would have to get up because she left with her hands full. Now she pushes two buttons and I hear the automatic lock.
