Return Policy
If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.
We highly recommend that you do not schedule gate installations prior to receiving your gate due to possible shipment delays and/or damages.

These poles work great after figuring out how to install with no instructions. Holds up to the wind really well. Mounted the feet to the deck and it gives more support. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that as far as I can tell, you have to remove the poles every time you roll up the awning. I wish they folded up to the front bracket so I didn't have to go through the process every time.

These things won't even make a good shower curtain. Very thin wall aluminum pipe. The portion that bolts to the actual canopy frame is made from a small piece of plastic with a quarter inch nut that was stripped out. The 1st time the wind blows 1/2 mph the poles will fail and you will be buying replacement parts for your awning like I did

Great product. Sturdy. 20 min install. Makes the awning semi permanent. But can break down and put away very quickly. Definitely recommend this item for awning owners
