Exactly how I pictured it to be, no it was not an easy set up.. actually really heavy and some parts were hard to screw especially the very top piece. It would not align for nothing in the world. Had to put oil on it to slide it on. Still was a hassle but worth it

Every single photo of the add shows a shear curtain over the top. None is included. Also the metal poles would not fit together. My husband had to bend them to go together. The directions are horrible. Cute, but poor product.
