Product Description
The Cabinet Ventilation grille is a 6.3 by 6.3 inch metal grille that can be installed into cabinets and walls to help increase ventilation. It can also be used in conjunction with a fan system to act as a passive intake or exhaust vent. The kit includes an optional 120mm fan guard and hardware to secure a 120mm fan, the most popular size for computers and DIY applications, onto the grille. To mount your fan and grille into your cabinet or wall, you would need to cut a square hole approximately 5.04 by 5.04 inches. Features a CNC machined aluminum frame with a brushed black finish; pre-secured to a steel honeycomb grille with four screws. Information on the additional included hardware can be found below.
Hardware
Includes four wood screws and four machine screws with nuts to mount the ventilation grille onto a cabinet or wall. Also includes four 1.25-inch long machine screws with nuts to mount a 120 mm fan with the included 120mm fan guard onto the ventilation grille.

Reached for package in mail box and 1st thought was, this is too heavy for what I ordered. What is this?What it is, is a quality product. Black aluminum frame a,d steel honeycomb mesh screen. I ordered the 120mm size but it looks as though I could use for 80mm too. All mounting hardware included; machie screws as well as wood screws.I've bought several products from AC Infinity and am happy with all. Would I buy again? Yup. Will I buy again, maybe if I replace another cover I have that's creating too much static pressure for a fan. If you are looking for case fans and peripheral hardware, AC Infinity has got ya.

the tan comes with ugly grill you need to get these covers.

I purchased the cover and the USB 120 mm fan. It's has three adjustable speed settings including an offsetting. I was constructing a built-in for my TV, electric fireplace and hiding all the cable and Wi-Fi components up inside the built-in wall. I wanted a fan to vent out any possible hot air build up out of the top near the ceiling. The cover plate gives you plenty of room to cut out a hole for the fan and then install the plate and fan from the outside of the unit. I dropped the USB cable down and plugged it into the back of the tv. Now when the TV turns on the fan runs. I set the fan to the low speed setting. That setting pushes plenty of air and makes almost no noise even when holding in your hand. After the installation, I can not hear the fan at all. Very happy with this product. It is Doing exactly what I wanted it to do.

These are made of a seemingly durable metal and are packaged very well. Even came with all the hardware to mount them. Make sure you get your size right compared to your fans!

Drilled a hole in my PC cabinet to have better airflow, everything was included and it wasn't cheaply made.
