Easy setup and precise, only thing would improve is a single key to open/close chuck as sometimes need one hand to properly align material while tightening at the same time.

I have now bought 3 of these. I originally bought a Nova G3 chuck with 3 jaw sets and a set of cole jaws. Changing the jaws is annoying. I tried one of these and it fit the Nova jaws perfectly, so now I have one of these for each set of jaws (with my original nova chuck holding the cole jaws). I actually prefer the tommy bars and tightening mechanism on these - less fiddly and you can do most of it by hand w/o a chuck key, using the bars to tighten. Use some glue on the bars to hold them in the handles or they will fall out (thread locker or superglue works fine). At this price, it's so convenient to have a chuck for each set of jaws.I'm not even using the included wen jaws, so I can't speak to their quality or holding ability, but for my use, this chuck was just perfect.

You get what you pay for. This chuck is pretty decent for the price, but I've had a few work pieces fly out of it on my benchtop lathe despite really cranking it to secure them in place. But still, it's a great beginner chuck for a small lathe. I probably wouldn't use it on anything larger than a 8 bowl, though.
