This natural barbeque seasoning blend can be sprinkled directly onto the meat or can be used as a marinade. Hint: When preparing skinless chicken pieces or breast meat, use two tablespoons Barbeque Seasoning and one tablespoon cornstarch for every two pounds of chicken. Just place the seasoning and meat into a bag and shake. Let the chicken meat sit twenty minutes before grilling.

I put this product on my beer can chicken, turkey at Thanksgiving and whenever I fry any other chicken. Also, great to add to flour mix before frying. Adds great flavor! Recommend highly!
