This is a premium grade, 7 mil, vinyl electrical insulating tape. It combines the flexibility of a PVC backing with electrical insulating properties that provide primary electrical insulation for splices up to 600V. Its aggressive adhesive and elastic backing ensure easy, water-resistant conformation to irregular surfaces in low temperatures, yet will not ooze or melt in high temperatures. It is abrasion, corrosion, and UV resistant; it resists alkalis and acids, flame-retardant and provides an excellent protective jacketing for high-voltage cables and wire harnessing. UL Listed and CSA Certified. Excellent all-weather performance from 0ºF (-18ºC) to 220ºF (105ºC). 3/4" x 66 ft. rolls.

This is what the PRO'S use! How long does it take YOU, the NON PRO to finish a roll of electrical tape? Long time, right? Might as well buy a good roll, instead of that cheap garbage! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Reviewing this product is sort of silly. Anyone that has ever done any electrical work knows that Scotch is the only way to go if you want the best out there for your job. Yes there are a lot of cheaper tapes, but that is what you get, cheap tape that never sticks well or will not stand the weather like scotch. Just do yourself a big favor when using this, DO NOT TEAR IT when you are finished. Cut it with a knife or scissors. It gets a much better end seal and will mold together much better. And always use Scotch tape for your jobs, Your life or property may depend on its quality.
