Sit-ups, crunches, reverse crunches, reverse curls, incline leg raises and Russian twists are just a few of the core exercises possible. Adding a weight plate or dumbbells to any of these expands functionality and increases difficulty and effectiveness. Then there are push-ups, angled push-ups and work with dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and other suitable equipment. The list of exercise possibilities is nearly endless. Please note this is the Flat Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. The tripod-designed base provides terrific stability and unobstructed foot placements. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing. The convenient footprint of 24" x 54" means this bench can fit nearly anywhere. While assembly is required for the Decline Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. Easy to clean needing just a warm, damp cloth and some mild soap.
