Reseller FAQ
1. How long does it take to set up a Reseller account?
You will have your welcome email and access to your account within1-2 business days, but usually much faster.
2. How much does it cost me?
No activation fee. No recurring fee to maintain reseller status.
3. I was informed that you have received my application, but did not receive my welcome email two days later. What happened?
If you have not heard from us in two days, it is probably because we have not received your resale certificate. Please send it to reseller@opentip.com, or your account will not be approved.
4. I am already a registered customer on opentip.com, do I still need to finish the "Reseller Signup" page?
NO. Simply send your resale certificate to us, and we will upgrade your account to a reseller account.
5. How do I know what my wholesale price is online?
After you successfully become our reseller, you can see the wholesale price once you login to Opentip with your reseller account.
6. I cannot find the wholesale price after I log in with my reseller account. Why?
Click "My Account" to check if you are really logged in. If this happens more than once, please log in here http://www.opentip.com/reseller.php.
7. I find the reseller price is only 8% off or even lower. Is it right?
Among our hundreds of thousands products, our resellers can enjoy a reseller price up to 60% off. But not every products can be that high. If you feel there might something wrong with the price, please email reseller@opentip.com to have a check.
8. Do you have catalogs?
Yes. You may download your catalog here http://www.opentip.com/reseller_catalog.php. If you want us to mail you one, please send your address to reseller@opentip.com. However, please always login Opentip.com to check the latest prices and inventories.
9. Will you inform me of any changes about the reseller products?
No. Please check on Opentip.com to find the newest price and other information.
10. Do you do drop ship?
Yes. We can drop ship for most of our products internationally.
11. Can I sell all the products on Opentip?
Yes.
12. Do you have a MAP?
No. You can freely set your own prices.
13. Will Opentip contact my customers?
No, we do not contact your customers. We encourage your customers to do business with you, therefore you will be our billing contact to pay. Your customers will not be contacted for any billing matters.
14. Whom shall I contact if I have problems?
