This roller seems durable and just the right balance of being firm but not feeling like a hard stone on your back. I do have to hide it from the cats, though, who will try to eat it.

This is a wonderfully firm and sturdy roller to use for your back vertically or horizontally on the floor. Especially useful for positioning the length of the spine to the back of your head and lying on it, and extending your arms out to the side and above the head to stretch upper chest muscles, relieving neck tension and stiffness. I nearly fall asleep while doing this because it's so relaxing. I've purchased a second one for another member of the family who also finds the length and sturdiness of this roller particularly helpful.

I am a Pilates instructor and an avid foam roller. This roller is worth the price. It is the perfect “just right” rollernot too hard and not too soft. I love it for rolling my upper back and lats. It's also awesome to lie back on lengthwise and do pec stretches as well as ab exercises. I had a less expensive medium density foam roller that just kind of deteriorated after a number of months. I can already tell this one will hold up to daily use.

I put my spine on this roller - sometimes for 10 minutes at a time - to open my back and chest muscles. It is sturdy, comfortable and perfect for this app,cation.

Bought this 10 years ago, use it 5 times a week every week. Has held up great. It's soft enough that you can relax the muscles you are working on and hard enough to get the job done. 10/10 soft tissue mobilization tool.

My daughter has one of these and I tried it out for my PT exercises while visiting her. Purchased my own when I came home, and I use it every day. Besides the rolling exercises, I also enjoy stretching out on it on my back (vertically along spine) for about 10 minutes a day. Not too firm, just right.

I love this thing. It's a bit pricey but when you're in pain you'll pay anything. I use about 10mins 3x a day to stretch my back, shoulder and chest and to work on my posture.

After reading 100's of reviews of different rollers I decided to spend a little more and go with this one and I am glad I did, worth every single penny. I suffer of back pain and wrong posture for over 25 years and never heard or tried a roller, I decided to focus and work in my back exercising, stretching. I also do a lot of bending and heavy lifting at work carrying ladders. I use it daily after work and my exercises and instant results. It feels very comfortable, I was a super worry because my back it's very, very sensitive, it “was”kind of impossible to laid in a hard surface, the roller helped me a lot, noticed a tremendous change immediately after the first pleasure use and I am very sure it will help me as well to fix my posture, it's super easy to use isn't that hard just perfect for me, I strongly recommend this roller if you suffer of back pain, a must have for home therapy.
