Flimsy ball. I bought it for a dog toy and it lasted about 10 minutes. Granted, that's not it's purpose but it won't last very long used as a small basketball, either. OTOH, it's cheap.Edit - I just noticed it's called an "enduro" ball. That's downright misleading - so, instead of two stars it gets one.

Our high school P.E. dept. gets these from our district warehouse. Last year we purchased 20 through the district. They arrive deflated in a bag. Virtually every single one developed cracks along the fold lines and within a month of inflating and using, would have the butyl liner bulging through, sometimes along multiple fold lines. On half the balls the pebbled finsih would still be in good shape and the cover would be splitting and the butyl showing through. It might just be their folding and packinging for shipping that's causing this but the bottom line is that they would pop or be unusable within a semester. Performance and grip wise they were fine before they would start splitting, good bounce and feel for an outdoor ball. You decide

Perfect size for 6 year old son in basketball league - great for personal practice; never quite rounds out some irregularities when pumped up

The ball went flat after only 2 weeks. It was the perfect size ball for my 5 year old son, but it didn't last.

Worked really well (grip, kept its shape, quality and bounce) until I ran over the ball with my SUV accidentally.

I purchased this for my seven year old granddaughter. She is very happy with it and wants to dribble and pass as long as we can play with her. This is the same size ball her age group plays with in the basketball league she is a member. The price was very good.

Not much to say here, except it is a nice ball for the young athlete. It arrived completely deflated, no biggie we have a pump.

I was a little nervous to purchase this ball after reading some of the reviews but I went ahead and purchased it due to lack of options in this size catagory. I have to say I think it is a great ball and I am glad I didn't waste the money on a pricier version. In fairness the ball gets used minimally, at best 4 hours a week but we inflated it when it arrived and that is all we have done thus far. It was easy to inflate (be sure to wet the needle first) and it has served it purpose as a practice ball for our basketball star in training. I say go for it if you are on the fence....Happy shopping!

I purchased 4 of the Voit CB5 balls for our church basketball league. The size of the ball is perfect for ages 4 - 6. 2 of the 4 ball will not hold air. I pump the balls up before each practice and game. The church purchased 4 balls 3 years back and they have been good balls. Very disappointed in the 2 balls that do not hold air.

I received all six balls ordered; however, upon inflating them, I lost 2 balls. Apparently, these balls had defective air valves. I did email the distributor on 1/19/09, eSportsonlineCS, with no response. Very disappointing...let the buyer beware.

Our league changed to this size ball this year. WOW, what a difference in our first two age groups! PK-K and 1-2nd graders were much improved using a ball they could actually handle. The ball quality itself is good, no problems that I heard.

this ball is a great tool for my boys. I have a 5-7 yr old team and this is the size ball (25 inch) we use in our league, and we were using a 27 inch ball at practice. But since we have started practicing with this ball I have seen an improvement in our shooting and ball handling. I would recommend this ball for kids that are just starting out, it is the right size ball for them.
