I can definately feel my muscles reacting to wearing this. I sit infront of the computer all day and have developed poor posture - this hides under most shirts and really promotes a straight back posture.

This posture corrector does what it is intended to do. The ability to adjust both the straps and the waist is critical for a comfortable fit. It does lift the bust also but I don't mind that. The negative is that the velcro on the straps is uncomfortable if the rough (hook) side is facing the skin and if the hook side is facing up it grabs onto one's clothing. I have washed it numerous times and it is still in fine shape. I would not call it invisible under clothing so I am looking for a bra which incorporates the posture support and is adjustable.

I purchased the smallest size but it's still too big. I needed to alter it myself. The material is not so comfortable. It itches. It's better to wear something underneath it.
