This wand was loud and my kid loved it. However, after a few minutes the sounds got old. Little kids 6 and under would like it. My 9 year was bored after 5 minutes because of the sound. But he really liked the light at the end.

This wand is a little bulky. It would be great for smaller kids. My son is 6 and he liked it but I wished it would have been a little slimmer so it would be more realistic. Still like it though, and it will be fun for him even after halloween.

this wand is fun but like most reviews, it does not have an on and off button. It is very sensitive to movement so in order not to have it on, i have to leave it stationary in one location. Wish it had an on/off button though.

so my 7 y/o really loves his new wand, but you can look at it and it sounds off. very sensitive and cannot be shut off unless the battery is taken out of the compartment. wish it had on/off button, but for the $, a good starter wand.

Cute little prop but there is no off switch. It just keeps "zapping" from any movement, like the car moving on the way to grandmas or the wind or breathin. Otherwise very fun.

I would recommend the wand but it would be five stars if it had an on/off button. Othewise the sound can get annoying after a while since it is motion activated. The light and sounds make this a great costume prop.

My son loves this wand, but I wish it had an on/off switch. One cannot carry it without it making noise. I'm glad that we ordered the soundless one too.

I bought this to go with Harry Potter costume it was great! Both my son's love it we have had it for a year now and the light part has just now stopped working, maybe burned out. It is still great fun.

My son liked this wand, but it was temperamental when it made the sounds. Not really an accurate representation of Harry's wand, but he really had fun with it.

works well, still working after 3 Halloween parties, dropped and stepped on numerous times by 5-10year olds, nice volume not so loud I needed to take it away, very fun just wave it or tap it and magic sound, kids had a blast the hardest part was them fighting over whose turn it was.
