This bit holder is exactly what I needed to solve a serious problem. I bought the 285608 bit holder because I recently purchased a Bosch PS21 drill/driver. All the "American standard" bit holders with the 1/8" semicircular groove wobble in that driver. This bit holder solved the problem. It is held securely by the PS21's chuck. I can now use "standard" extensions without wobble.
