I love putting this on my lanyard and being able to open doors without having to bend down. I love the quality of this carabiner. I have had this for over a year and not 1 issue.

This lasted 22 months for me before it broke. Today, the nylon string attaching the vinyl strap to the retractor snapped. Other than that, it worked well at holding my ID badges and staying clipped to a belt loop at my waist.

THE go to badge reel for work. I have converted my office to them. At a couple dollars, they last about 2.5 years with repeated use but still provide savings over more permanent and heavy duty solutions.

It amazes me why this dual attachment option badge holder is not standard on all lanyard systems. As a woman who sometimes where pants with belt loops and sometimes wears skirts w/out belt loops, I appreciate the versatility of a badge holder that can adapt daily. This is the second I purchased as a backup in case my original dies. Kind of a waste of my money as the first is going strong after more than a year of daily use. ...

Reviewing ~8 months after purchase. I had completely forgotten about it's existence until seeing it in my unreviewed orders list.I consider this a victory, as most of my retractable badge clips have broken long before this.

The belt hook works great, but the clip doesn't work as well. When you clip to your waist band it has a tendency to slip off (not happy about this).

Still in good working condition months later. Am thinking about buying another one since I keep using this one (which is meant for my work card key and ID) as a holder for credit cards when I go out! (I hate carrying a purse!)
