Great mosquito protection, an instant noticable difference once inside, but it will not stop no-see-ums!! I watched a small one crawl right through one of the holes. Still worth the cheap price and relatively low weight, if you're staying in a lean-to, under a tarp or open-air hotel, etc.It won't really work unless you stretch out the four corners. Plan on bringing small nails, duct tape or finding rocks if you can't stretch this over a bed. It needs to be tight, since if your skin is too close to the sides that it's touching, bugs can bite right through.

I got this for my son to use on a scout trip to OK. He is only 10 and he is rough on everything and it made it through without a single hole. He liked it because it is big enough to use with his cot and is easy to set up,

The net itself is fine; no problems or issues with it. The only problem that I have with it is that there is no closure or zipper on it so you pretty much have to use it against the ground. Don't plan on putting it over a hammock. Its my own fault for not paying closure attention when I ordered it (hence the reason I give it 5 stars - product is fine - just doesn't work for what I wanted).

I found the netting to be both light and sturdy, and even the small mosquitoes had no chance of getting in. (I saw them trying.) The netting didn't tear on the couple of occasions I caught something on it. Which gets to "Key is how you set it up."I purposefully bought a double-size thinking it would give me more room, but I was in a relatively low shelter and the single suspension point of the netting made this rather claustrophobic. I had to spend some periods of time during the day under it. And if one happens to catch a button on it or lean against taut netting when shifting around, it will very easily untuck from between a plastic ground tarp and plastic mattress -- and then get all twisted up. I tried taping and clothespinning up some additional contact points with with shelter, to "build it out" -- this might work with the right tape, but not for me. And clothes pins didn't hold, either.I give it 4 stars because it seems well constructed, and my problems could have been due to my being an inexperienced camper, but can't give a 5 because there were some very frustrating moments! I think the more "boxy" design with multiple ties might be better if you can set up shelter with two overhead cords or other ways to get that set up!

the mosquito net is ok. I like the small bag in which it comes that makes it easy to pack conveniently.I used it by myself and it was big enough, but I am not sure it could actually cover 2 people so plan accordingly!!
