Very handy, we do not have to hang garbage bags all over! Can even use it when we are gardening. Great for camping and for the gardening.

We will not need to hang a plastic bag off of the awning arm anymore. Collapsible is the better option.

Product is great for camping. It holds a lot of garbage, and at night, you can zip up the top so no critters can get inWe used to just use a big garbage bag, and put it in the car at night. There's no need to now. Great product idea

The perfect garbage can for a popup. Nice and small when you want small and really big (almost too big) when you want big.

This is an ok item; it is not as tall as I expected. It is wide enough for large trash bags, but only about half as tall as I expected. Obviously my fault for not paying close enough attention to the specs. And, as noted by other reviewers, the design precludes zipping the top shut while a trash bag is inside. I will use it for sure, but wouldn't opt to buy it again, nor recommend it.

I use this collapsible campsite trash can for camping and it works great. You can fit a lot of trash in this bin.

I like the fact that there is a lid which keeps bugs and animals out at night. I might purchase a second can for my recyclables.

This is a good product for camping, but is a little larger than what I expected. It's good for an outside trash receptacle, but overwhelms the inside of even a sizable tent - but that surprise is the buyer's problem and not the fault of the the Trash Can. It also works good for yard work, with a 39 gallon plastic bag inside, to hold the bag open until it starts to fill up. The zip up lid is a nice touch and it folds down nicely for storage.

Edit: Took these to a car camping trip this past week. All in all, they were pretty good. And a big boon compared to having nothing at all.Having said that, there are two things that were a tad irritating. - First, one of the bins stayed vertical, but the other one kept collapsing in on itself partially. - Second, I wish there was a built-in way to secure trash bags to the upper rim while still being able to zipper the top shut. squirrels were a real problem, so we had to keep the bin zipped, but of course, since there was nothing to attach the bag to on the bin, people would unzip the bin and throw trash on top of the bag, instead of in it. Not fun to clean up.If there's a trash bag with a full zip that still allows attaching a trash bag to the rim, that would be awesome. maybe an inner rim or something.---Managing trash bags at a car camping site is always a pain, and duct taping to a table where you prep and eat food also means a lot of bugs and squirrels.Given that, a trash can to hold the trash bag up where the top zips closed completely is a great luxury item to have with you. It allows you to move trash away from where you eat or prep food, keeps the bag upright so the opening is high off the ground, and zipped tight to prevent easy access for bugs and small scavenging animals. Is it strictly necessary at a car camping site? No, of course not. But is it a godsend for car camping trips with many people? Absolutely. If car camping with larger groups is your thing, don't hesitate, just get it.

I go camping all the time and this is a way better alternative to leaving a trash bag on the ground or tied to a table. At night I tuck in the edges of the bag and zip it closed so no critters get inside. It's also great for camping areas that do not have the metal bins to throw your bags away. I throw this in the bed of my truck with the full bags inside and drive away without a worry that the bags will leak before I get home.FYI you need the large trash bags for this (30 Gallon?). The first time I used it I brought regular kitchen trash bags and they weren't wide enough to fit over the edges.

Much Better than expected. It will get the job done and still fold away for storage. No problems so far.

Just used it for the first time on a camping trip. Works great and didn't have it knocked over in the strong winds. Just buy 30 gallon bags for it so you don't have to keep reaching inside. Folds up nice and easy for storage.

When I first opened this product, the trash can looked wilted. I let it stand overnight to see if it'd help, with maybe a slight improvement. We'll be taking it with us on a trip soon, so if I'm more wowed than 3 stars' worth after that, then I'll update to reflect.

Have gone from having numerous trash bags down to 1 on weekend camping trips with Scouts, because of being able to use a larger trash bag. Easy to transport since it is collapsible and saves much space when packing my truck or storing after camping trips. Like to be able to stake it down and close it when not in use. I use clothespins to keep it attached to the rim so the bag will not fall in.

This was fine...but seriously if you are going to zip up the lid how on earth does the trashbag stay up?

I got this for camping and it's great - so much better than just throwing stuff in bags that sit on the ground. I zipped it up and oddly enough the first night the wild pigs that got into our camp did not bother the trash can but the next night the dexterous little raccoons were able to unzip it and paw through the trash. Much less mess than if it has just been a bag on the ground though.

If you are tired of hanging trash bags on the trees, table, trailer when you camping, this is the solution. We go camping quite often and everyone loves this can. Easy to store and use.
