Great training aid.<br /><br />Pros = Durable<br /><br />Cons = Might be hard for some people to move around. The base is heavy when full, but it needs to be.<br /><br />My best advice would be to beat this thing like it stole $300.00 bucks from you. In my experience I like this over a punching bag. Manly it gives you targets to aim for.

Great tool for practicing martial arts with realistic target areas. The bolts in the back have unscrewed and fallen out a few times. A little annoying to put back in, but manageable. You might consider some thread lock. I filled mine 150 lbs. of pea gravel rather than water which works for me. The only other downside is the large base which gets in the way of your feet for close-in work.

Do not buy this if you're in anything but a single family home. It is incredibly loud when it gets hit and moves. My husband got one use out of this before the neighbors complained two floors down.

great for practice however is still a posted heavybag (so you don't get shudder) also if you're a weirdo that hits with wraps "because you want to make sure your technique is on point" its rough on your hands. quick fix grease the dummy at least twice a week so if you do get glancing blows it doesn't rip apart your hands<br /><br />trained at the ymca under sensei mark<br />blackbelt in whooping that ass

Easy to fill..feels great to hit and is very stable...recommend if your on the first floor if you are on the second floor it will makes tons of noise

Great structure and material, but it's starting to wear under the right lower pectoral muscle and under his right jawline. It feels like the material inside is destroyed from hard punches but the outer skin is in tact. Great for striking and precision target punches (chin, rib cage, gut) and power punches, just don't get carried away and try to stay away from where the muscles form because that area has the least amount of protection and prone to damage or splitting. Overall, Bob is awesome!!

I bought this because when I used to workout with my friend he had one and it was great. I thought it would be great again but boy was I wrong. After just a few weeks of using it 2-3 times a week, pretty much all of the rubber that the washers sit over has ripped, and the rubber body is now just floating on the base. It is unusable.<br /><br />I tried using gorilla glue on the screws/rubber when it first started to rip, but that was basically a band aid on a gunshot wound. I expected more durability out of something meant to be hit. It was delivered on February 7th, it is now February 23rd and I can't even use the thing.<br /><br />I'll be asking for a refund and getting a bag with a stand instead.

Love this product! It's fun to play with when I'm working out. It is very easy to adjust the height of this, and I put water in the bottom tank to stabilize, and it's holding ok. I'm just punching to this bag everyday since I got it.

Me, my husband and 5 of our children are into martial arts and we love BOB!!!! He takes a lot of abuse and is holding up perfect through it all! The only problem we have had is getting one of the bolts to stay in. We may have to go buy a bigger bolt so the threads will catch.... other than that he's perfect!

Awesome product, love the life-like features. The only way it may be better is if some models were available with a rubber padding beneath it as this would reduce the noise level and the B.O.B would be more stationary during use.

speedy delivery and this is a great training bag. at first i thought it would be too small and was looking at the xl bob but this is just right. it can take all the punishment you throw at it. very pleased with product.
