They are straight off the factory floor, needs to be cleaned up before sending to customers but they are awesome, well made for home use.

Most metric hex wrench sets do not seem to have wrenches this small. There is a whole set of screws that are based on the 2mm hex, found in RC hobby stuff, electronics hobby stuff, and so forth. These small hex wrenches fit the bill perfectly.

If you have a 3D printer, you need a 1.5mm Hex Wrench. These little guys are easy to loose; not their fault, my fault. So now with 10, I don't panic when I can't find one. They do eventually turn up and you have 10 again. Magic. Perfect length. Easy to get into odd angles. A winner.
