very weak volume. tested on two different device and you need to turn the volume up all the way to get normal listening volume. Does work.

Just like my dad used to use. However, the chord is extra long. Which i actually like; i tuck it under my pillow. i like to listen while still awake at night before i fall asleep. easy, simple. i like this. perfect!

I liked this so much, I ordered another one. I wanted an old time transistor radio earphone, to listen to music on my Kindle. I wanted only one ear covered. Sound quality was not important. So, I thought of this, having used them when I was kid. I researched and found that Opentip.com had these for less them $2.00. Since I really wanted this, I was willing to pay the high shipping cost. These are exactly like the ones that used to come with transistor radios and portable cassette players. The sound quality is poor, but I knew that before I made my purchase. I was not looking for quality sound. This earphone meet all my needs.
